Cabin Rates:
We do not use an online reservation system, as all of our Cabins and sites are unique, and we want to make sure you get the cabin or site that best meets your needs! This phone rings into our home, so we would appreciate you limiting your calls to 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thank you for your consideration!
- Cabin pricing is based on four people – additional guests are $15/night each. Daily guests (no hot tub or pool use) are $5/each/day.
- Dogs (Covered Bridge, Adirondack, and Rocky Mountain Cabins only) are $15/dog/night + tax. Maximum number of dogs per cabin is two. (see Pet Policy for more info).
- Children under 4 are free – ask about our Pack-N-Play!
- All Cabins are subject to 6% sales tax and 3% hotel tax.
- We have a “Loyalty Card” for both Cabins and Campsites – Stay with us 10 nights and get 1 night free! These points may be accumulated and used as long as we own the campground! (Holidays are excluded)
- Cancellation Policy: We’re not able to provide a refund, unless we are able to re-book nights reserved, in which case there is a 15% re-booking fee.
- One night stays have a slightly higher rate. (save money by staying two or more nights).
- Two night minimum stay on weekends (unless by Thursday evening there is still availability).
- One night stays may also be available if someone else books Thursday & Friday, or Saturday & Sunday….either check the Availability Calendar, or give us a call!
- Discounts may be adjusted slightly during holiday weeks.

There will be a rate increase for all reservations after June 1, 2021, to assist us in meeting the anticipated minimum wage increase. It is always our goal to give you the best value at the best price, but see no way around doing a small increase. Updated rates for reservations after June 1, 2021 will be:

10% Active Military Discount (except on reduced weekly rates, special or holiday weekends). Please advise at the time of reservation; we will need proper I.D. at check-in to honor the discount.
Please plan your travel time accordingly as we cannot offer early check-ins. (We are busy getting ready for you!) We do not offer late night check-ins, as a courtesy to our other guests.
Campground Rates:
Camping rates are based on 4 people per camping unit. ($5 per each additional person, with a maximum of 6 people per site)
PLEASE NOTE THAT DAY GUESTS DO NOT HAVE POOL, HOT TUB OR SHOWER PRIVILEGES – it’s an insurance and licensing restriction.
Day Guest Fees: All Day Guests must leave by 9:00 p.m., or be charged the overnight fee. PLEASE CHECK WITH US TO MAKE SURE WE ARE PERMITTED TO HAVE OUTSIDE GUESTS. COVID RESTRICTIONS HAVE CHANGED SOME OF OUR RULES.
All daily and overnight guests must register upon entering the campground. Daily guests must leave by 9:00 p.m. or be charged the overnight rate. Day guests do not have use of the pool, hot tubs or showers.
Seasonal Sites:
The 2021 Seasonal Rate is $1665/year, plus metered electric.
