Cabin Rates & Policies

Base Rate: Cabin pricing includes up to 4 guests.
Additional Guests: $15 per person, per night.
Day Guests (no hot tub or pool use): $5 per person, per day.
Children Under 4: Stay free!

Payments

All reservations must be paid in full at the time of reservation. All credit card transactions will be processed at the time of reservation.

Pet Policy and Rates

Dogs are welcome in the Covered Bridge, Adirondack, Allegheny, and Rocky Mountain Cabins. The Blue Ridge Cabin is our only cabin that is pet free.
Pet fee: $15 per dog, per night (maximum of 2 dogs per cabin).

Taxes

All cabin stays are subject to:

6% Sales Tax
5% Hotel Tax

Loyalty Program

Stay with us 10 nights (cabins or campsites) and receive 1 night free!
(Excludes holidays, Bigfoot Festival, and Tour de Forest weekends.)

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to offer refunds unless we can rebook your reserved nights.
If rebooked, a 15% rebooking fee will apply.

Stay Requirements

One-Night Stays: Available at a slightly higher rate. Save by booking two or more nights!
Weekend Stays: Two-night minimum, unless availability remains by Thursday evening.
One-night stays may also be available if surrounding dates are booked (e.g., Thursday–Friday or Saturday–Sunday).

Adirondack Cabin Rates

Starting at:

$195 per night – midweek
$215 per night – weekend (two night minimum)
$225 per night – Holidays, Tour de Forest, Bigfoot
Additional Guests: Rates include up to four guests, $15 per person, per night additional
Day Guests (no hot tub or pool access): $5 per person, per day
Children under 4: Stay free
Dogs: $15 per dog, per night (Maximum 2 dogs; pet-friendly cabins only – see Pet Policy)

Allegheny Cabin Rates

Cascade Camper Rates

Water and Electric Sites Rates

Starting at:

$55 per night
Additional Guests: Rates include up to four guests, $5 per person, per night additional with a maximum of 6 guests on site.

Full Hook Up Back in/Pull Thru Sites Rates

Starting at:

$65 per night

Day Guest Fees: All Day Guests must leave by 9:00 p.m., or be charged the overnight fee.

Age 5 & Over – $5.00

Age 4 & under – FREE

All daily and overnight guests must register upon entering the campground. Daily guests must leave by 9:00 p.m. or be charged the overnight rate. Day guests do not have use of the pool, hot tubs or showers.

Winter Camping: Campsite Rates are discounted once water is turned off for the season. (November 1 thru April 1)

Heated bathhouse is open year round.

Water spigot on the side of the building available to fill your tank.

No Dump Station Available.

Full Hook Up (Electric & Sewage) starting at:

Electric Only Site starting at:
