Cabin Rates:

Cabin pricing is for up to four people – additional guests are $15/night each. Daily guests (no hot tub or pool use) are $5/each/day.
Dogs (Covered Bridge, Adirondack, Allegheny and Rocky Mountain Cabins only) are $15/dog/night + tax. Maximum number of dogs per cabin is two. (see Pet Policy for more info).
Children under 4 are free – ask about our Pack-N-Play!
All Cabins are subject to 6% sales tax and 5% hotel tax.
We have a “Loyalty Card” for both Cabins and Campsites – Stay with us 10 nights and get 1 night free! (Holidays, Big Foot Festival, and Tour De Forest weekends are excluded)
Cancellation Policy: We’re not able to provide a refund, unless we are able to re-book nights reserved, in which case there is a 15% re-booking fee.
One night stays have a slightly higher rate. (save money by staying two or more nights).
Two night minimum stay on weekends (unless by Thursday evening there is still availability).
One night stays may also be available if someone else books Thursday & Friday, or Saturday & Sunday….either check the Availability Calendar, or give us a call!
Discounts may be adjusted slightly during holiday weeks.

All Cabins are subject to 6% PA Sales Tax and 5% Hotel Tax.

Campground Rates:

Camping rates are based on 4 people per camping unit. ($5 per each additional person, with a maximum of 6 people per site)

PLEASE NOTE THAT DAY GUESTS DO NOT HAVE POOL, HOT TUB OR SHOWER PRIVILEGES – it’s an insurance and licensing restriction.

Day Guest Fees: All Day Guests must leave by 9:00 p.m., or be charged the overnight fee.

Age 5 & Over – $5.00

Age 4 & under – FREE

All daily and overnight guests must register upon entering the campground. Daily guests must leave by 9:00 p.m. or be charged the overnight rate. Day guests do not have use of the pool, hot tubs or showers.
